Perched on a hillside, this home challenged us to integrate structure and slope—maximizing every elevation to create usable, dynamic spaces for gathering, entertaining, and unwinding. Designed for every age and stage, it’s a true family haven where the youngest and oldest can enjoy time together, and apart.
Our favorite thing about this project was how every square inch was thoughtfully considered. From the curb to the back fence, each space was intentionally designed to surprise, delight, and invite you deeper into the landscape. Exceptional details lead you from one moment to the next, with just enough restraint to let the “wow” truly land. And when night falls? The entire property transforms—aglow with curated lighting, fire features, and festive touches that bring it all to life.
