INITIAL MEETING
Our initial meeting is where your dreams, desires, and must-haves take center stage. You'll share your vision with us and how you plan to use your space. This meeting is ALLLLL about connection; it's where we forge an enduring relationship.
Don't hesitate to bring us photos or share your Pinterest boards with us; they're like windows into your imagination, helping us grasp the picture-perfect starting point.
During our visit to your home, we'll take pictures to capture every angle and nuance. We'll also request your site survey.

DESIGN + RENDERING
With your signed proposal in-hand, our designs will roll up their sleeves and dive right into the magic-making.
First up, we'll make sure we've got the lay of the land just right. Measurements are key; it's like capturing the heartbeat of your space. Then, our team will design your hand-rendered masterpiece.
Once completed, we'll walk you through your plan and show you images of plant material and hardscapes that support the overall design intent we're aiming for. You'll be able to see your vision come to life. This journey is as much ours as it is yours, and we can't wait to show you just how unique your new outdoor living space will be.

PROPOSAL + CONTRACT
Next, you'll receive your custom proposal, straight from our design studio.
Inside, you'll find the grand plan—a detailed rundown of everything we'll do to transform your space into a masterpiece. And because transparency is our thing, we've included the nitty-gritty on pricing and the timeline. No hidden surprises, just a clear roadmap.
Once you review your proposal, all you need to do is sign on the dotted line. Seal it with your initial contract fee, and pop it back to us. Our office is ready and waiting, thrilled to officially welcome you to the Osterberger family.

EXECUTE PLAN
This is where the plan stops living on paper and starts living in your yard. Our installation team gets to work: grading the land, laying hardscape, running irrigation and lighting, and planting every tree and shrub true to the design. We stay on-site managing the sequence and the details so the finished space reflects the vision.
You'll hear from us throughout because your input matters just as much now as it did on day one. And when the last plant goes in the ground, you won't just have a finished project—you'll have a space your family gets to spend real time in, for years to come.
