Rob is one of our incredible landscape designers and project managers. Like Jason, Rob graduated from LSU, and can often be found repping purple and gold. Rob married a designer and is the proudest Aggie/soccer dad there is. He has years of experience on-site and in the design studio and has been an integral part of the team from the very beginning. Rob has a full understanding of the design process—from conception to completion, and every detail in between. He approaches every opportunity with the highest level of attention and care, playing a central role in maintaining the standard of work we have become so reputable for. Rob leads a job site with skill and expertise and knows and loves our crew members well.

Jake spent the summer and winter of 2020 as an intern at with us. Upon graduating from Mississippi State University, where he received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree, Jake returned to Dallas, Texas, where he began his career as a landscape designer. As a long-time lover of nature and movement, Jake enjoys being connected to the outdoors in his work. Jake continues to provide a fresh perspective and outlook on design, as he approaches every project as an opportunity to push the envelope. This excitement for landscape design has made Jake an incredible asset to our team.

Our Office Manager, Samantha Heitz, has a knack for turning ordinary tasks into extraordinary experiences. From crunching numbers in the accounting world to creating magical moments as a preschool director, Samantha has done it all! She has two amazing children, DIY home renovation skills that would make HGTV jealous, and is at her happiest by the water. 

Before joining our team, Teresa worked in CISD for 20 years, where she's done (and seen!) it all! Our former office manager, she's been the backbone of Osterberger Design Group, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Teresa now serves our clients in an administrative support role to keep one foot at home here (We love you, Mama T!), and the other with her growing family. In her free time, you're sure to find Teresa spoiling her adorable grandchildren. Perla Valdivia brings a wealth of experience, unwavering commitment to excellence, and a warm approachable demeanor, embodying the spirit of collaboration and innovation that defines Osterberger Design Group. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Perla's journey in the corporate world spans over 16 years, primarily in accounting management and customer service. Her transition to Osterberger Design Group in 2020 marked a new chapter focussing on project management and client relations. Perla's professional journey holds a strong foundation in accounting management and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.  A devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children, Perla loves spending time with her family outdoors, traveling and connecting with friends. 

Niki was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, where she holds many fond memories of  hiking, horseback riding, and playing sports. Niki completed her education in horticulture and floral services at the palace grounds in Vienna at Schönbrunn Palace and the Belvedere, where she mastered all different aspects of gardening in Europe. Niki eventually landed in Texas, which she has been proud to call home since 1991. Landscaping is a passion for Niki who has successfully built strong relationships and stunning gardens throughout her 35 year career. Today, Niki enjoys spending time in her own garden in Waxahachie, where she teaches her children and grandkids how to attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
